From 23rd until 25th of March 2011 the COST Action: FA1001 was held in Valencia in Spain. The event`s overall topic of discussion was focused toward development of an integrated process & product design approach for multiphase structured foods with health benefits and optimal sensory characteristics. Under this topic frame Carolina Sautot from INRA Transfert (WP0) and Alan Mackie from IFR (WP4) presented on 24th of March the DREAM project`s concept and objectives, overall goal and WPs progress. The participation to this event allowed to start a cooperation between the two projects (DREAM & COST Action: FA101).
