At the Euro-Mediterranean Symposium for Fruit & Vegetable Processing Networking and Innovation in Science & Industry numerous experts tok place with the purpose to present novelties and the latest findings from food & industry field.
At this opportunity, the latest findings of the DREAM project were also presented. The DREAM project contribution was reflected through conducted lectures & poster presentations by the DREAM project representatives and through the DREAM session entitled “Nutritional qualities of processed products”.
