At the IPEA Europe held in Ede in Netherlands from 18th until 20th May, 2011 the DREAM project partner ADRIA Développement presented their latest research findings about identification of specific biomarkers to track the survival of Bacillus weihenstephanensis and about development of modelling tool for simulation water activity (aw) of food products.
