The collaborative EU Framework Project Seminar was held on Friday 16th September 2011 at Ashtown Food Research Centre, Teagasc in Dublin. The seminar brought together EU funded research projects (Basline, Biotracer, DREAM, Prosafebeef, Qpork chains and Symbiosis) with purpose to present activities and recent research outputs in predictive modeling and microbial risk assessment.
