The aim of the workshop was to present the models, developed within the DREAM project, to the stakeholders and to stimulate the discussion between model developers and end users. Researchers presented the potential scientific and industrial applications of the models.
Workshop attended experts from Hungarian ministry (rural development, food processing); academics (nutrition and dietetics scientists, food scientists, physics-automatics scientists); industrialists (meat, confection, cereal) researchers (meat), food chain safety administrators and agronomists.
