A half-day online training course was carried out by ADRIA on 9th of January, 2012.
The purpose of the cross-expert training was to increase the understanding of developed Sym'Previus decision making tool for the simulation of microbial behavior in food. Researchers and technicians from CNR-ISPA, Italy in-depth the understanding of Sym'Previus decision making tool and its applications: how to perform challenge test and adding values to microbial counts and how to simulate bacterial destruction during a specific process on concrete examples, from DREAM food models project.
Training was performed by M.L. Divanac'h, M. El Jabri & F. Postollec coming from ADRIA, France.
