The joint workshop DREAM & Tu_Be_Safe was held on 17th May, 2011 in Ljubljana, Slovenia at Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana. The main purpose of the workshop was to present the novelties in food research and technology transfer on one side and provide short traning for young food expert’s on other side.
Trough the workshop the participants had opportunity to listen to:
- food industry innovation (food modeling, predictive microbiology)
- technology transfer
- education of experts for international working environment.
The event was organised by the DREAM project with the active involvement of next partners: ADRIA Développement, BF-UL, Campden BRI, WUR.
