The MAS Conference was held from 12th until 14th September 2011 in Rome, Italy. The conference bring together scientists, users and vendors where they exchanged information and debated recent novelties in advanced technology for industry businesses and services.
Thematic areas that the conference addressed were: modeling & simulation and computer technologies, application fields including logistics, production control, supply chain management, business and industrial organization.
The DREAM project contribution set special attention to illustrate challenges and advantages of modeling food processes, structure and properties relationships linked to knowledge integration for the numeric simulation of food models. |
