Objective:
To ensure that the practical needs of the industry, especially those of the SMEs are considered during the development of the real model foods;
• To convert results of the research into appropriate format that can be used by the industry as simple process and product development tools, and
• To test their applicability at industry level and provide feedback for further improvement.
 

Role of participants and methodology:
CC HU (WP leader): will collect and map the needs of the industry, assess the practicability of the generic food models and their protocols, develop industry guides.
ADRIA: will assess the practicability of the generic food models and their protocols.
ACTILAIT: will collect and map the needs of the industry, assessing the practicability of the generic food models and their protocols, develop industry guides.
SOREDAB: will assess the practicability of the generic food models and their protocols, develop industry guides.
CCFRA: will collect and map the needs of the industry, assess the practicability of the generic food models and their protocols.
