The International Conference "From Model Foods to Food Models" will be held from 24th until 26th June 2013 in Nantes, France. Topics of the conference are:
- food process-structure relationships,
- food structure – function relationships and
- food modeling. |
Within the conference frame we will also have a round table discussion about strategies to promote the models and about the sustainability within the modeling approaches.
