Two days long event "Salon des industries céréalières" was held in Reims, France. The event brought together experts and scientist from various fields with the purpose to present and to see novelties that are important for cereals and bakery industry.

At this great international event the DREAM "food models" project was also presented. The project was presented by INRA.
